Fragrant with spice/floral, very earthy and smokey in a delicate way. Alcohol hits hard after that. Tried in a pinot noir glass, riesling glass and cabernet glass: was happy with them all in different ways, but kept going to the cabernet glass. As it sits, there is a bitterness that develops which is not my favorite. After a couple days, has a dried fruit aspect

Dark intensity. Ruby color. Nose medium with black cherry, blueberry, black plum, cedar, dried plum, dried cherries adding a touch of sweetness in the finish. Would pair with meat accompanied in a fruit based sauce.
