Such a killer vintage. A bit chewy now, but still excellent and will be one of the best with more age.

Deep and dense showing dark fruit, black olive and fresh violets with massive concentration, saturating texture and a searing intensity. Tannins are pretty prevalent right now but this has all the substance and structure in this vintage to be a perfect bottle with sufficient age. After a 3 hour decant is when it really shines. What I love about Allemand is similar to Comte Liger Belair in Burgundy, you can drink them on release in addition to holding to age. Special wines.

Dark fruit, bright florals and subtle smoke. Opulent raspberry liqueur and light, nimble tannins. Straightforward sustained finish. Really elegant and uplifting.
