Lush and plummy. Some violet, floral notes, cherry. Saline and stone underneath. Still very tightly packed but a lot of potential

Very soft and plush. Plum and supple dark fruit. A hint of smoke and herbal notes. Gorgeous mouthfeel and potential.

An extremely complete wine that while still probably too young to drink shows it has the quality to compete with those at the very top of the Pomerol tree. The aromas keep changing in the glass which is always a sign of complexity , cherry , chocolate, coffee and plum pie are some that I noted . Very suave and velvety on the palate , but lots of ripe sweet tannin too. Many of the aromas present themselves on the palate also, the balance is exceptional . The length goes beyond long, it is almost never ending. A great future ahead undoubtably .

Big wine but hard and metallic nose and palate. A very tight wine, unyielding and tannic, with a typically short finish as one expects in younger wines from this producer. Unresolved. One hopes something will develop with time.
