The 2010 vintage was the first Pape Clément to receive 100 points from Robert Parker (“Having tasted it four times in Bordeaux, and rating it perfect three times and 99 the fourth time...”). The flamboyant and soaring aromatics are infectious and completely captivating. It smolders in your glass. Extracted and plump, voluptuously bursting at the seams with blackberry, crème de cassis, and ganache, featuring a heavy seasoning of cedar, cigar box, crushed graphite, baking spice, and espresso.
