Dark, ruby black coloration. On the nose, cocoa powder, currants, anise, blackberry, florals, minerals/gravel, sweet tobacco, Revisiting after 6 hours decanting and it has really opened up. On the palate, it is rich and full opening up with with currants, cocoa powder, blackberry, sweet tobacco and vanilla, and finishing with same flavors and minerality/gravel. Very long finish. Nicely balanced.
