Pretty tawny. Love the red color and obviously Warre’s does too, i mean look at that clear bottle. Bright red with tinges of brown. Has a cough syrup vibe, but also so much more including baked cherries, nutty caramel, and a bit of raspberry. Medium finish.

The perfect pairing for thanksgiving pumpkin pie with a candied pecan streusel topping. Delish. Just he right amount of weight, gorgeous red hue, notes of cherry, raisin, and nuts. Nice stuff.

On the palate it medium-bodied and rich with baked cherry and raspberry, toffee and honey flavors. Medium long finish. Bottled in 2012. Wonderful pairing with a chocolate chip cookie!
