Ok time for the main course - I tried one two years ago and fell in love - first glass remind why yet it is even better - decanted two hours - color is a garnet - the nose is amazing with black cherry with cedar overtones. Taste is well amazing - I love the structure and long lasting feeling in my mouth - very silky - what I am tasting is black cherry fruit and dark chocolate yet balance dry and full bodied.

Excellent! Got better after 45 minutes but still incredible balance with pop and pour . Loads of chocolate and coffee. This is in a really good place right now
