The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Whitehaven has plentiful power and drive in its bright and light body. With its freshly cut grass and passionfruit-like fruit, it's a taste of summer. Pale straw with green edges and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits with floral herb notes. On the palate ripe apricot, peach and pineapple with lemon zest, classic New Zealand SB. Vivid acidity and spice complement this well balanced wine to a medium finish.
