Crazy good. Started like a tart young Chablis but the finish was so memorable. It had some wood, light toast, lemon curd, honey, but the underlying acidity carried through it all. There were white floral notes at times. It tasted of two different chardonnays seamlessly integrated into each other. Disgorged 2021.

Disgorged December 2022. Very lean initially but creamy in the middle with a long lingering mineral laden finish. There is citrus and tropical fruit, a lot of stone and mineral, some apples, touch of custard, but overall a lean machine. Lovely champagne.
