Deep ruby-red. Oak-spiced cherry and black raspberry aromas pick up a smoky nuance with air. Smooth, sappy and focused on the palate, offering subtly sweet red and dark berry flavors that deepen through the back half. Finishes velvety, gently tannic and long, leaving sappy raspberry and cherry notes behind. In a distinctly lush style but this Pinot doesn't lack for energy. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, October 2020)
