Back to controlling my own wine destiny tonight after that very mixed bag Italian tasting yesterday. Beautiful nose of yeast, bread, minerals, floral, just beautiful. So complete, airy and engaging. Stunning palate. Superb mousse, such sapidity and purity. Just massages the mouth. This is so fine. Unreal finesse here. And so long and balanced. Elite. Lovely intense Meyer lemon. Dry and intense. So much going on. Sweet tart of a finish.
