Interesting White CDP blend of Clairette (60%), Grenache Blanc (20%), Bourboulenc (10%) and Roussane (10%). Straw gold color. Aromas and flavors of peach, apricot, crushed stones and white flowers. Intense minerality. A hint of vanilla and dried spices on the finish. Chalky texture and Lively acidity. Medium-plus body. Fresh and clean. Excellent!
