Fresh vibrant champagne, fruit/floral bouquet, w/chalky minerals. Fine bubbles, nice mousse, rich flavors of peach, lemon and honey, well balanced, good structure, creamy. Long finish ending with yeast & mineral notes. Very consistent quality.
