La Ca' Nova's 2019 Barbaresco is stellar. Deep, layered and expansive on the palate, the 2019 is so impressive. Sweet red cherry, plum, blood orange mint and spice give this charming, effusive Barbaresco tons of complexity. The 2019 is a serious, serious wine with a lot going on. Don't overlook it. On the nose, leather, cherries, mulch, vanilla, dried fig. Tannic and complex. Somehow manages to be light and robust. Graceful dynamics. Nice with salami but it elevates the meat moreso.

mmmmmmm delicious. The younger, fruitier, softer side of Nebbiolo. Enough acid and tannin to give it both a refreshing flavor and a nice long finish. It's like a teenager- young and fun, starting to mature and makes you curious about what it's going to be when it's all grown up.
