Wine #3 of the Chefs tasting. Earthy nose and plenty of raspberries, cherry, and red plum. Perfect balance of acidity and smoke. Paired with smoked Pork Belly and parsnips and an apple balsamic glaze.

Not tons of action for aroma. Some earthy and cherry stuff. Flavor is also earthy with a hint of kombucha. Plenty of tannin on the finish. Bit vegetal. Sorta apple-y with a hint of apple cider vinegar perhaps. A very complex and Oregon-y Pinot.

Not bad but nothing special. Medium bodied, some oak, low tannins
