First off, look up all of the eco-friendly features of the Lemelson winery and vineyard; visionary and inspiring. A complex nose of wet stone, sundried lemons, and a very slight hint of petrol. The palate starts with a citrus splash, gives way to a strong minerality, and finishes surprisingly full. Pair with the traditional Riesling fare, but I always like to push the boundaries- Chinese food, even beef with broccoli is very nice. The sweet tang of the sauce hits the acidity just right, and this dry Riesling can withstand a few pieces of thinly sliced beef

Pale gold color. Apricot, mineral nose. More apricot, citrus, & slate/mineral finish. Mostly dry.
