Good. Bright. Young. I'd sit on one for awhile longer

Elegant and refined. Black cherry, underbrush? Quixotic, fast-developing nose. Floral. Light cola, light tobacco. Exceptional balance.

Lots of strawberries and tart raspberry notes. Big pepper spice. Reminds me of a light bodied Syrah. (Compliment). Bright and fresh. Could spend some additional time in the bottle. Really good wine.

Another lovely night a Meritage. Having the French press duck at chef’s corner. 3 month wait list....2 week preparation. Now, onto the wine... great fruit, awesome structure. Nice finish. Crisp. Bright. Cooked berries, light smoke caramels....buttery and supple. Sexy. Another magical night with the Jonczyks at Meritage.

Incredibly underwhelming. Fine for a under 10$ bargain bin, yet not for the above 25$.. nothing outstanding to be said. Meh.

Located in rural Carlton, Oregon, KWC is devoted to showcasie the inherent quality of selected vineyard sites. A blend of Ken Wright Cellars' traditional vineyards, not as complex as the vineyard designates, but enjoyable none the less, Ruby with berry fruits and spice. On the palate raspberry and ripe cherry with complex spice, well balanced with smooth tannins. Nice length on the finish ending with slight earthy character.
