Chateau Leroy-Beauval Red Bordeaux Blend 2018

A special selection of older-vine parcels in the village of Saint- Sulpice-et-Cameyrac (between Bordeaux and Libourne), totalling just over six acres of land. Soils combine clay and limestone, over solid limestone subsoils. Destemmed; brief cold maceration; fermented on selected yeasts in temperature controlled, cement tanks. Aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels, from coopers in both Bordeaux and Burgundy.
