Jochen Beurer leads this trailblazing, biodynamic estate in Swabia, a region in the southern reaches of Germany. andnbsp; This is one of the areas of the country that excels with red wine as well as white and Beurer's Trollinger is always a delight. Known as Schiava in Italy, Trollinger always yields light red wines with brambly berry fruit and crunchy acidity. The 2020 vintage marks the third year we have worked with this cuvandeacute;e and it has become near and dear to our hearts.andnbsp; It is quite lush with very ripe flavors and only 11.5% alcohol, sporting pleasant spicey notes and lip-smacking acidity. Give it a slight chill to make it picture perfect for summertime drinking!
