So concentrated you’ll stain your hands removing the cork. But not overextracted. Picked early with salty metallic wild sour blackberries, rosemary, and lavender. Youthful but still very raw. Complex today but will benefit from a few years to soften the sour green. Bought two. One for today, one for tomorrow.
