This is a blend of 80% Chardonnay andamp; 20% Savagnin, fermented together and aged for 30 months sous-voile. It's an arrestingly complete example and among the most compelling Jura whites we've encountered in some time. The wine shows its oxidative side up front on first pour, but somehow manages to become fresher andamp; zestier the longer it's open. A fine, layered, saline example that is head-spinningly complex and a pure joy to sit with over a few hours.andnbsp;

Semi dried yellow fruit. A touch of yellow autumn leaves on the nose. Lemon dominated palate, high acidity, long finish.
