How about a Sauvignon Blanc from Burgundy? Drinking this feels like someone throws chalk at your face and then sprays you with sea water, followed by some lemon juice and even a tiny bit of gasoline and motor oil, all being dumped on you and you end up loving the whole thing! Definitely up there with the more interesting bottles I've tried. It's like Chablis and Sancerre had a bastard that turned out great in life.

A grass and fields note for the first 30 minutes was prominent and unexpected. That is the first vintage of three now tasted with that note. Other than that, pure for sure.
