Superb aromatics. Completely nails it aromatically with yeasty, confectionary birthday cake notes. Very giving on the palate with tartness, concentration and a good long finish. Lots of autolytic character; a bit oxidative. Beautiful in its power if not the most elegant.

Continues to be a great year and QPR. Great champagne to end the Europe trip

We’ve got ourselves quite the stud here. Very crisp from the beginning. Pale gold and shimmery. Terrific perlage with a plethora of minuscule bubbles and nice creaminess. Still a bit tight after being recently disgorged, everything happening here is oh so youthful. The nose opens with white flowers and pears. Green apples and grapefruit with the Pinot driven plums and herbs complimenting. If this wasn’t so much fun, I would regret opening so soon. Masculine and highly expressive, this is composed of two to one Chardonnay to Pinot Noir. Crisp acidity and wonderful tension, even at this young age. Quite vinous and full bodied, the palate displays notes of dried peaches, fresh biscuits, and more pears. Hazelnuts and herbs lead to the long finish. Really, really nice right now but you will certainly be rewarded for showing the patience I don’t have.

Fruity floral house style that has enveloped with a little Lees contact to create a rich but light wine. Perilously drinkable, some buyers remorse for the inability to make it last more than 30mins.

Roasted buttery pop corns! With slightly enough after taste. Hold for 5 more years!

I should have bought more ... stupid. This can cellar for decades to come. Will be an awesome Champagne in a decade or so. Already amazing aromas of aged champagne
