Stainless steel, fine lees for several months, difficult to drink in Autumn in Colorado for studying, but would be excellent with pastas, mild cheeses, or scallops. Great in the summer, even better in Italy. With 13.5% and an almost cloying touch of RS it would benefit with food. Nice body, lots of yellow and green apple and melon on the nose, and full of flavor.
