Domaine Triennes was established as a partnership between legendary winemakers Jacques Seysses and Aubert de Villaine along with their mutual friend Michel Macaux.andnbsp; They founded a property in the Var, just to the north east of Marseille. The vineyards are worked organically, and the property opened a new state of the art winery in 2019.andnbsp; Triennes rosandeacute; is a blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, and Merlot and is fermented dry in stainless steel.andnbsp; This wine is refreshing and dry with ripe fruit and just a touch of body. Perfect to drink as an aperitif or to have with food.

notes of copper, strawberry, peach, definitely a sour grapefruit, and a bit of saltwater taffy. nice and light.

Obtained via Zachy’s summer sale lol. Surprisingly pale when poured. Nose is floral cherries, palette is a bit medicinal with like dandelions lol. Medicinal quality slowly dissipates as it comes to room temp
