The western corner of Fleurie, where the Clos de la Roilette is located, shares soil more in common with Moulin-a-Vent, where richer clay gives wines of depth and power, rather than the lift and grace associated with Fleurie. This cuvee is sourced from the oldest vines of the estate, some up to 80 years old, and is intended to be enjoyed with some bottle-age (hence the name Tardive).andnbsp;
