Stinky, oak, forest floor, and sage/eucalyptus on the nose. Beautiful balance of acid and tannins. Tomato leaf, dark fruit, bright astringency. Not pairing with food tonight but would make a great food wine! I would pair with lamb, pizza, Indian food, hell... anything.

strange bottle; at first seems really oxidized with a nose of iron and old coins. The palate although was really nice, so smooth with great acidity. Really old school with leather, beef, dill and orangepeel. No wine for food, just sipping...
