2010 Solaia is 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Sangiovese, and 5% Cabernet Franc. Deeper and darker than the 2010 Guado al Tasso I had during the same tasting. Big, bold structure and tobacco leaf, minty notes, and spice cake.

Awesome Super Tuscan!! Everything I've come to expect from Solaia: Deep, Rich, lush fruit. It had a minerality that I ❤️. Highly recommend this Rockstar but it was not the WOTN. We enjoyed all of these bottles with Lori DuVal whom is our badass interior decorator!! We were discussing our game plan and styling decisions for the complete remodel of our downstairs: New floors, new bathroom, demolishing walls and our existing kitchen. Can't wait for it to begin!!!
