One of the reasons we always make a trip out to Klein Constantia is for the Vin de Constance. Deep golden yellow with a fragrant nose of honeysuckle, honeycomb and white flowers. Heavy acidity (7/10) and full bodied. Well balanced and rich on the palate with notes of ginger, honey, orange marmalade. Not overly cloye which is nice. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2037.
