On the palate sweet cherry and raspberry flavors, light in body, fine layered spice and oak, a little more pronounced that recent vintages. Soft tannins, great mouthfeel, well balanced ending with slight earthy character. Very Nice! Consistent quality.

This gave the night a solid foundation in Pinot Noir. We drank two bottles of this accessible wine. It didn’t really stand out, but it served the purpose of being widely enjoyed and showed hints of what a Pinot Noir can be.
