The 16 is concentrated and delicious. Needs time but showed similar to a good Dauvissat chablis. Sea salt, lemon zest, herbs and pear and easily balances out the alcohol.

On the nose, green apple, underripe green pear, grass, tarragon, green pea, wet stone, cat pee (!!!). On the palate, minerally, stoney, some orchard fruit. What a beautiful savory wine. Lots of mineral and herbal notes upfront with that classic sauvignon "cat pee" smell. Delicious with sole meunière!
