This selection from Oregon is no exception. Surprising in its polished refinement this medium bodied wine presents tastes of lemons and lime, hints of soft fruit, spice and terroir specific minerality that lingers softly on the back of your mouth. Paired with Canadian appetizers of caribou, oysters and scallops. Pure bliss Cheers
