My second bottle of this little gem. Worked the treat with long marinated lamb during easter break. Nice aromatic nose and dense fruit with herbs and acidity that really complemented the dish. Great stuff

This is just great stuff; way too young but good potential. Very shy on the nose having only pencil shavings and wet wood. Palate is full of cherry, licorice and red currents. Medium+ in weight. Nice very fine tannins that add grip towards end. Great acidity that cuts through fatty steak. Best in 2-3years and now needs a good 45min-1h decant. Ideal in 17-18degC
