Lighter body than I expected but this wine shines and is super well balanced. A great acidic food wine. Perhaps I'm projecting but it seemed to do something magical with the Roman dishes we ate with it like that fried artichoke jam. Also sung with housemade mortadella. Seemed to benefit from some air.
