It's pizza time, or actually no summer without Lambrusco so needed to pop this bottle. Bit too serious for a casual home made pizza as it would benefit from a bit sweetness. Nice transparent ruby. Strawberries, some raspberries, refreshing acidity. Cleans the palate nicely.
