I love aroma, and I love flavor, but I LOVE texture and Simone is a wonderful waxy ball of oily texture. Plenty of the other stuff too. Gorgeous aromatics and after a long breath of air, all sorts of perfumes start jumping for attention. Jasmine, rose petal, violet, dried orange peel, butterscotch, hazelnut, balmy lemon. Textures of wax and oil but this isn't fat or flabby. Holds the acid and its a damn good thing because the flavors and concentration and length are so so good. In the sherry spectrum - oxidized salty flor, hazelnuts, peach and tangerine. On day three here, and I think this goes another, gets better.

Been open more than a week and STILL hits! Beautiful amber gold color, big luxurious nose, with generous notes of apricot jam, amber, fruit danish, and a slight latex note on the top. The flavor just keeps on going! Silky and rich, with slightly tart notes of yellow stone fruit, a deep minerality, and slight salinity on the finish. Really unique and well balanced.
