Biodynamics

September 6th, 2017

Rooted in the belief that everything in the universe is interconnected, biodynamics is a form of organic winemaking that is becoming increasingly popular throughout the world. All viticultural processes - planting, pruning, harvesting - are regulated by an astrological calendar. As biodynamic agriculture considers the soil a living organism, natural compost fertilizers (often made with a complex blend of ingredients) replace potentially harmful chemical treatments.
