1997. Keeps adding more distinct flavors to its delivery with every minute in my glass (open 2-2.5hrs). Salty Scandinavian licorice, roses, tar, wildflowers, menthol, black tea, beeswax, and something that is either frankincense or myrrh. #screwratings

Excellent bottle. Opened up for Bobke's Wine of the Week on Bobke TV, check it out on YouTube. This wine is really showing well, I think was in a slightly dumb phase the last several years but is emerging and showing some plumpness of the vintage while maintaining balance and finesse.

Not normally a fan of this vintage, but this was beautiful.

Was ‘97 an off year? Tasting pretty good.
