"Odedi" Delectable Pro

Dark purple in color with a light purple rim. Fruity nose of mainly red berries and blueberries, cherries, sweet plums, red lollipop, tobacco leaf, ripe strawberries, light oak, light vanilla, licorice, leather, earth, currants, pencil lead, dark chocolates and black pepper. Medium bodied with high acidity and nice thin legs. Dry on the palate with blueberries, plums, raspberries, oak, licorice, spices, light vegetables, earth, forest floor and peppercorn. Medium finish with fine, yet green tannins, and tart cherries. A Nice Granacha from Spain. Very easy drinking, good right out of the bottle and gets better after 90 minutes in a decanter. A good everyday wine and a good wine to pair with food. I paired it with a cheese plate of soft and hard cheeses. Not too obnoxious but clearly very young. An additional year or two in the bottle would be nice. Grapes are grown on Granite, sandy soil. Aged for 4 months in French Oak barrels. 14% alcohol by volume.
