Jean-Paul Brun's estate is in the rolling hills of Charnay in the southern Beaujolais, where the main grape of the area and his property too is of course Gamay. The Terres Dorées L'Ancien vines are Jean Paul's oldest vines at 40-60 years old. Unlike any other Nouveau out there, there is no carbonic maceration (true for all of his Gamays). The result is calmer, darker palate, with a hint of Burgundian accent. Vintage: 2023 Country: France Region: Beaujolais Appellation: Beaujolais Nouveau Grape: Pinot Noir Farming: Organic Drink: Now
