I'm sorry, but I'm less than impressed. Vanilla and citrus on the nose. Soft on the pallet but with a distinct bitter chicory taste at the end, which I found unpleasant. I think it is due to the local oak that they're using to age this.I miss the sweet front end and raw back end of their 10-year-old spirit.
