A kiss of strawberry to go with persistent, mouth-filling bubbles that are sure to satisfy. Punches above its weight.

This Brut Rosé is made of 100% Pinot Noir, displaying red berries and thyme both on the nose and palate. It’s balanced, refreshing with frothy mousses. Very delightful.

Went to another tasting. Lucien Albrecht pioneered Crémant production in 1971 and helped gain an Appellation Contrôlêe for the wine and for Alsace. Pale Salmon, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh red fruit with yeasty notes. On the palate ripe strawberry flavors, bright acidity, dry with mineral tones. Medium finish with good balance ending with fruit, mineral and yeast tang. Excellent value as a Champagne alternative! Tasting Sample.

Somewhere between a medium copper and salmon. Strawberry, raspberry, green apple, orange honey, puff pastry, on the nose. Raspberry, apple, and honey on the palate. Tart and dry with tight carbonation that gives a luscious mouthfeel. The finish is red fruit and honey.
