Love this Cabernet! It’s a great semi dry wine

Tonight’s dinner selection. Great with my fillet. Very light upfront with lingering jammy and light pepper spice notes. Very good.

Rich, licorice cherry Cabernet Sauvignon, low tannin, at pre-Christmas dinner, and again 2 years later.

I was pretty disappointed. Felt the wine fell flat. There is a hint of apple. But a complete let down.

Very fruit forward nose, high acidity up front followed by smooth leather and a hint of vanilla, then the tannins that bring a lingering spiciness. Very round and robust.

What a nice little wine. Nice dark cherry skin color. Aromas of blackberries, creme de cassis and herbs. Delicious dark fruit flavors and oak on the finish. Went nicely with a little steak and frites!

Very smooth. Not too dry or harsh. Must keep an eye out for a sale.
