Sipping Fine Wine
Takes its name from the free-spirited gentleman named Bruscone who lived in the woods of the Barbi Estate. Enticing Ruby with sweet red berry aromas and earthy notes. On the palate cherry, licorice and sweet plum showing nicely. Fine tannins, well balanced on lingering finish ending with earthy herb tones. Needed an hour to open the flavors. Age worthy.

Classic styled Brunello. Tart dried cherry, with leather and licorice. Pale translucent red with massive tannin and acidity. Thought it was Barolo.

Tart cherry, tobacco leaf, some big tannins that were relatively mild. With my lasagna, perfecto.

Fruity with a lick of spice at the end. Good for pastas. Ate with a rotole of ricotta and spinach and was delicious.
