Antonio Capurso
Colour: Quite transparent, light ruby (typical colour from a young pinot noir) Nose: Penetrant red fruit bag: raspberries, strawberries, red cherries. A bit of woody flavours in the background (although red fruits far more evident), but not strong at all: wet leaves, undergrowth. Young pinot noir style. Palate: Light in body, good young tannins, with a slight grip but still pleasant. A bit watery still. Hints of spices in the aftertaste. Nice astringency, quite warm and ripe in the palate; quite nice length (23rd October – Bottle Apostle – Crouch End - Enomatic)
