After tasting the ‘13 vintage last year, this ‘15 had a lot more to offer; citric fruits, green apple, some herbaciousness and minerality. There is obvious oak and and high acidity. It has a long finnish and great intensity of flavours. Really well made classic white Bordeaux.

Very low fruit, more towards a NZ sav Blanc. A little disappointed

Great vanilla nose and creamy mouthfeel yet crisp clean finish. Perfect with lobster. But probably great with just French fries too

Fresh acidity with aromas / flavors of gooseberry, grapefruit, some grass Sémillon adds weight to the Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of creaminess
