Deep garnet red. A bit vegetal on the backend of the nose, dried cherries, black currants, damp leaves and tobacco. Medium plus tannins (7/10) and full bodied. Very dry on the palate with lots of cherries, earthiness, and baking spices. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2030.

En magnum. Decanted for six hours. Tremendous now but will benefit from another 15-20 years.

Excellent, a little young, but great for pairing rich meats.

Wow. After one hour decant surprisingly accessible. Wonderful black fruit and earth well integrated with almost neutral french oak
