Due to the sheer quantity of this juice that we have on hand, this has become our go-to weekend travel wine

Deep ruby/purple in color with a nose of black cherries, boysenberries, eucalyptus, wet gravel, and a touch of coffee. Full-bodied and smooth, the wine has a unique taste I can’t quite put my finger on. Not sure if my taste buds are off or if the bottle has a flaw. Will taste again later to compare. Update - My tastebuds are fine. Compared with SL Artemis and something is off on this bottle. May return.

Smooth, dark fruit, not tannic, seems like they added some residual sugar. Good wine but for the price tag..... not so sure.

A rich cassis aroma is followed by a cocoa aroma in addition to the bell pepper aroma characteristic of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has a sweetness that is typical of Napa, and this sweetness makes the rich tannins seem lighter, resulting in an easy drinking wine.

Good, but too expensive for what it is. Austin Hope is just as good and it’s $39 less.

I’m surprised.... this isn’t very interesting.... almost flat. So Jeffrey.... tell us what you think of the owners and the wine.
