Minerality, rock dust, and spice. Distant hint of gasoline. Fruit is hiding, it seems slightly tropical but also citrous like in its profile. Not particularly long, complex or exciting. "Just" a very good dry Pfalz-riesling, nice and mature. Destined to match tonights' Thai prawn curry.
