Klaus Peter Keller produces dry Rieslings that the world needs to pay more attention to. Jancis Robinson appropriately summed it up: "If I had to choose one wine to show how great dry German Riesling can be I would choose a Keller Riesling. These wines are the German Montrachets." The 2010 vintage and Hubacker are a perfect marriage. Hubacker is the broadest, most forward wine in the range, offering massive concentration of orchard fruits, marzipan, and the most finely etched mineral spine. The vintage gave us great ripeness and great acidity; these wines are what legends are made of.
